These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between betrupee ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") who accesses or uses the betrupee platform, including its website at betrupee.net, any associated mobile interfaces, and all gaming, betting, and ancillary services offered therein.

By completing the betrupee registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply navigating the betrupee website, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and unconditionally accept them as legally binding. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon your first use of the betrupee platform.

betrupee reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, betrupee will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the betrupee platform. Continued use of betrupee following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with betrupee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to betrupee's real-money gaming and betting services is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. betrupee does not permit access to real-money services by anyone under the age of 21, without exception.
• You are accessing betrupee on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You do not have an existing betrupee account that has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded. Creating a new account to circumvent a previous closure or self-exclusion is a material breach of this Agreement.
• All information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, residential address, and mobile number — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction and you are not a compulsive gambler for whom participation would be harmful.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of betrupee or any of its affiliated entities.

betrupee reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion. Acceptance of your registration is not a guarantee of continued access to the platform.

betrupee operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing standards. KYC verification is required before betrupee processes any withdrawal from your account, and may be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) showing your full name, date of birth, and CNIC number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, clearly showing your residential address as registered on your betrupee account.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation of ownership of the payment method used to fund your betrupee account, such as a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet showing your mobile number.

betrupee will review submitted KYC documents within two (2) business days. If additional documentation is required, our verification team will contact you via your registered email address. betrupee reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence ("EDD") documentation from players whose account activity triggers internal risk thresholds.

betrupee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following authorised payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. betrupee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in the same name as the betrupee account holder.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on betrupee is Rs 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your betrupee wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) hours to reflect during standard banking hours. betrupee does not charge any deposit processing fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes on average during betrupee's standard processing hours. betrupee does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which betrupee accepts no responsibility.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit (the "same source" rule), subject to the KYC verification requirements described in Section 3.
• betrupee reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if such checks are initiated.
• Withdrawals requested from bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be automatically declined. The bonus funds will remain in the account until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• betrupee reserves the right to limit or suspend withdrawals if fraud, suspicious activity, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. Any funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity are subject to forfeiture.

betrupee offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which shall be read as supplementary to and consistent with this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus terms apply to all betrupee promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified betrupee account holders aged 21 or above only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated for each individual promotion and are non-negotiable.
• betrupee reserves the right to specify which games contribute to bonus wagering requirements and at what percentage. Not all games contribute equally — live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower percentage than slot titles.
• betrupee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, where necessary due to technical errors, abuse patterns, or regulatory requirements.
• Bonuses claimed using fraudulent means, including duplicate accounts, stolen payment credentials, or coordinated bonus abuse, will be forfeited in full, and the associated accounts closed.

All bets and wagers placed on betrupee — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sports events, or specialty games — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules presented within the betrupee interface at the time of play.

• Bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the betrupee system. Players are responsible for reviewing all bet details before confirmation.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, payout errors, or display malfunctions caused by a technical fault — betrupee reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. betrupee will not honour winnings arising from a manifest error.
• For live sports betting markets, betrupee reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or apply special settlement rules where the integrity of the event is in doubt or where official results are inconclusive.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL matches, are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB or ICC). Weather-affected matches settled under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method are settled on the official DLS result.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betrupee betting interface. betrupee reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts at its discretion.
• Game outcomes on betrupee casino titles are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). betrupee does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betrupee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with betrupee.
• Using the betrupee platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine gambling activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the betrupee platform in any way, including placing bets, spinning slots, or analysing live casino games.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player context available on betrupee.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the betrupee software for financial gain. Any winnings arising from exploited errors are void and subject to clawback.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed primarily to exploit betrupee's promotional offers rather than to engage in genuine gambling entertainment.
• Accessing the betrupee platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing betrupee staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content available on the betrupee platform — including but not limited to the betrupee brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of betrupee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

betrupee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betrupee platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any betrupee content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any betrupee software.
• Use the betrupee brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation from betrupee.
• Frame or mirror any betrupee content on any other website or platform without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of betrupee's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

betrupee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering a betrupee account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betrupee collects personal data — including your name, CNIC number, contact details, payment information, and betting activity — for the following primary purposes: account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the personalisation of your betrupee experience.

betrupee will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as KYC verification platforms, payment processors, and IT infrastructure providers) strictly to the extent necessary for the provision of betrupee's services.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by betrupee, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory compliance purposes. Data requests may be directed to our support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betrupee's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to betrupee in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betrupee shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions outside betrupee's reasonable control, including those caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Losses arising from gambling activity on the betrupee platform, including but not limited to any bet placed or any game played.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
• Any unauthorised access to your betrupee account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, pandemics, civil unrest, or infrastructure failures.

betrupee is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. betrupee recognises that while the vast majority of players enjoy our platform as entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviours. betrupee provides the following tools and protections to support all players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further real-money play is suspended until the limit period resets or a new, lower limit is applied.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure betrupee to display an alert after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their betrupee account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for deposits, betting, or gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they need a longer break may request permanent self-exclusion, which renders the betrupee account inaccessible for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and irreversibly for the selected period.

betrupee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter player rights or obligations — betrupee will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or prominent on-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Agreement) may be made without prior notice.

betrupee may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement.
• betrupee is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or a court order.
• betrupee reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on or in connection with your account.
• betrupee decides to discontinue offering services in your jurisdiction.

You may close your betrupee account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to betrupee's operating jurisdiction. betrupee operates under the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming platforms in its licensed jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and betrupee that cannot be resolved through betrupee's internal complaints process (described in Section 14), both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit any statutory rights you may hold under Pakistani consumer protection law or other applicable legislation that cannot be contractually waived.

betrupee operates a structured complaints and dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your betrupee account, a transaction, a bonus, or any other matter covered by this Agreement, you should:

• Step 1: Contact betrupee's customer support team in the first instance, providing full details of your complaint. Our team will aim to resolve your complaint within 48 hours.
• Step 2: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate the matter to betrupee's management team by emailing our support address with the subject line "Formal Complaint." betrupee will issue a final written response within 10 business days.
• Step 3: If you remain dissatisfied following betrupee's final written response, you may pursue the matter through the dispute resolution process applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction.
